of the
WASHINGTON RENEGADES RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB
A Nonprofit Corporation of the District of Columbia
ARTICLE I - OFFICES
(adopted 4 June 2000)
SECTION 1. PRINCIPAL OFFICE
The principal office of the corporation for the transaction of its business is, and shall be, located in Washington, the District of Columbia.
SECTION 2. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
- The corporation's principal office shall not be changed from the District of Columbia.
- The Board of Directors may, however, change the principal office from one location to another within the District, by registering a change of address with the District of Columbia Office of Corporations.
SECTION 3. OTHER OFFICES
The corporation may also have offices at such other place within or without the District of Columbia where it is qualified to do required business, and as the Board of Directors may, from time to time, designate.
SECTION 4. POST OFFICE BOX
A corporate post office box will be maintained for the conduct of Club business. The currently-elected Business Manager will hold a key, and all other access will be at the Manager's discretion and responsibility.
